She knocked it out of the park .

Moving out of STATE is hard! Trying to cram in as many houses to see in the one weekend that we are in town was a BIG challenge. We didn’t make it easy for Cathy with our timeline and our “wants/needs” list, but she rocked it! We came into town one weekend and she had over 15 houses lined up for us to look at throughout the weekend. She was patient with me as I walked around the houses, many, many times, patient with my husband who knew exactly what he did and didn’t like, and she was sooooo patient with our 15 month old son that we had to bring along with us. She made looking at houses very enjoyable, and even gave us some advice on things we could do to the houses to make them our own. When I showed her the listing of “our” house, she immediately responded and said it was a great house. We went to see it right away and I think she knew right away that this was our house. She was quick to contact the selling agent, and she knew exactly what to offer to make it ours. She knocked it out of the park and not even 12 hours later, we were under contract.
